About the CompanyWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Medical Sales Representative to manage, expand, and hunt for new business within the El Paso territory. This is a dynamic field sales role calling directly on both community-based physicians' offices (private practices, clinics) and major regional hospital networks.About the RoleThe ideal candidate possesses deep local market knowledge, an established work ethic, and the ability to navigate complex medical sales cycles. You will act as a strategic partner to healthcare providers, delivering solutions that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management: Own and drive sales growth within the greater El Paso area, managing the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to close.Dual Call Points: Effectively navigate and sell into two distinct environments: Physician Offices/Clinics: Build strong, trust-based relationships with private practice doctors, medical assistants, and practice managers.Hospitals/Health Systems: Navigate the hospital landscape, managing relationships with department heads, clinicians, purchasing departments, and Value Analysis Committees (VAC).Product Demonstrations: Conduct clinical presentations, in-service training sessions, and product demonstrations to ensure proper utilization and clinical adoption.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a quarterly territory business plan to meet and exceed sales quotas.CRM Precision: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of account activities, pipeline opportunities, and forecasts using our CRM platform. QualificationsLocation Requirement: Must currently reside in or immediately adjacent to El Paso, TX, with a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape.Experience: 2 to 5 years of successful field sales experience (direct medical/pharmaceutical/device sales highly preferred).Sales Chops: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial quotas and managing a multi-stakeholder sales cycle.Communication: Elite relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to speak professionally with surgeons, physicians, and administrative executives.Bilingual Skills: Conversational or fluent Spanish is a significant plus given the demographic profile of the El Paso market, though not strictly required.Travel: Ability to travel daily across the El Paso metropolitan area to service accounts.
