Corporate Bookkeeper
A company is looking for a Corporate Bookkeeper responsible for general accounting and bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, staff accountant, or similar role
3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Experience with financial data analysis and report generation
High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred
