Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Addison, IL. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of custom signage projects, including coordinating workflows, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include organizing logistics, overseeing installations and inspections, managing communications with clients and contractors, and proactively addressing project challenges to deliver outstanding results. The Project Manager will play a vital role in ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Management to oversee end-to-end processes and ensure timely delivery.Proficiency in Expediting and coordinating tasks and resources efficiently to achieve project milestones.Experience in Logistics Management, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information across all stages of a project.Attention to detail with expertise in Inspection processes and ability to ensure quality standards.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.Relevant experience in the signage industry or construction project management is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
