The role requires managing pediatric patients requiring intensive care.Responsibilities: Provide intensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU. Administer medications and manage ventilated patients. Monitor and document patient condition and care provided using Meditech EMR. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.Requirements: Current RN license and PALS certification. Previous PICU experience with competency in managing vents and drips. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred: NICU experience and 1-2 years of PICU experience.
