Test Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated QA / Test Engineer with experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance to join a dynamic banking project. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities Participate in Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban Design, execute, and manage test cases using ALM tools Perform functional and non-functional testing using tools such as SOAP, Postman, and JMeter Support CI/CD pipelines and apply TDD/BDD practices Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders Work with relational databases (SQL) for data validation Contribute to continuous improvement and quality best practices Required Experience & Skills Essential: 3+ years of experience using relevant testing tools and technologies Strong knowledge of Trade & Supply Chain Finance products Experience with CI/CD and TDD/BDD practices Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams Testing tools: ALM, SOAP, Postman, JMeter SQL knowledge Fluent English (written and spoken) Nice to Have: Knowledge of payment channels and formats Knowledge of accounting Programming skills in Java, Python Experience with Selenium and Cucumber What We Offer Hybrid model: only 1 day per week in the Málaga office Work on cutting-edge banking and financial projects Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative culture Strong focus on learning, growth, and work–life balance A chance to grow with a global, engineering-driven company About Virtusa Teamwork, quality of life, professional and personal development: values that Virtusa is proud to embody.
