This role blends hands-on fieldwork, technical knowledge, and customer interaction-perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.What You'll DoAnalyze commercial and industrial electrical systemsCreate accurate, hand-drawn one-line diagrams for engineering reviewOpen and inspect energized electrical panels using proper PPEIdentify and verify conductor sizes and componentsServe as a primary point of contact for customer safety personnelEnsure all work aligns with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standardsProduce clear, organized, and professional documentation and drawings2+ years of industrial electrical experienceStrong knowledge of electrical safe work practicesAbility to read and interpret one-line and control diagramsFamiliarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA Arc Flash requirementsComfortable working in energized environments with proper PPEExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsStrong organization, handwriting, and diagram-drawing abilitiesHigh school diploma or GEDOSHA 10Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periodsClean driving recordAbility to pass background, drug, and reference checksWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travelSolid computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel/Word, data entry)Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree in electrical technology or equivalent military trainingCompleted electrical apprenticeship or Journeyman certificationOSHA 30, advanced NFPA 70E training
