They are seeking a hands-on, problem-solving Manufacturing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to help scale their innovative desalination systems from first builds to high-rate production.If you thrive in a dynamic hardware environment and love building things from the ground up, this is your chance to make a massive global impact.What You Will Be DoingProcess Design & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and production lines for cutting-edge desalination systems.DFM/DFA Initiatives: Lead Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly initiatives, including the creation of custom tooling, fixtures, and factory automation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to select equipment and define critical metrics like cycle times, yield targets, and cost-per-unit.Documentation & Layout: Develop clear work instructions, detailed process flows, and efficient facility layout designs for new systems.Continuous Improvement: Own initiatives aimed at reducing costs, increasing throughput, and improving system reliability.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 1 to 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with a proven track record of owning production line design and process development for physical hardware products.Fast-Paced Scaling: Hands-on experience scaling manufacturing processes in a high-rate production environmentTechnical Arsenal: Proficiency in SolidWorks (or equivalent CAD) for designing tooling, fixtures, workstations, or production equipment.Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with custom machinery/factory automation (conveyors, pneumatics, pick-and-place) and fluid/pressure systems (pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tubing).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.Work PolicyThis position is 100% on-site at the production facility. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
