We’re hiring a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across our companies. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial accuracy, disciplined processes, team accountability, and consistent execution.What You’ll DoOwn the monthly close process and ensure financial reporting is accurate and delivered on timeLead and manage the Accounts Payable team, Accounts Receivable team, and Staff AccountantMonitor cash flow and support weekly cash management processesReview and manage weekly vendor payment selectionsUtilize Corpay to process check runs and ACH paymentsLead CPA coordination, annual review, and tax coordination for entities and shareholdersAssist with annual budgeting and monthly budget-to-actual variance reportingReview job cost reporting, vendor invoices, and transaction coding for accuracy and consistencyImprove accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls across all entitiesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong construction job costing experience (required)Proven experience managing a monthly close processExperience leading and managing accounting teamsHigh ownership mentality and accountabilityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsClear and effective communication skillsExperience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems requiredSystems You’ll Work InSage 100TimberScanCorpayPoint of RentalRole DetailsOn-site role in Corona, CA — this position is not remote or hybridFull-time positionCompensation: $130,000+ (aligned with experience and performance)Note: We are not working with outside recruiters for this position.
