Responsibilities include managing financing and leasing contracts, processing necessary documentation, and liaising with lending institutions to secure customer financing approvals. The role also involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for automotive finance and working closely with the sales team to promote financing options. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leesburg, VA.QualificationsProficiency in automotive financing, leasing processes, and lending institution collaborationStrong background in financial management, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standardsProven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented approach to handling contracts, documentation, and customer agreementsAbility to work collaboratively with sales and service teams to achieve financial goalsExperience with automotive dealership management systems and relevant software solutionsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredPrevious experience in automotive finance is a must
