Quality Compliance Associate

An established international aerospace company is looking for a Quality Compliance Associate. This role assist in the responsibility of ensuring Transaero is compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations. Proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly in document editing and database management, is essential. One to three years of quality compliance experience is preferred. Previous experience in policy writing is advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to review and evaluate compliance requirements. Responsibilities: · Assist with Quality Manual procedure changes and revisions to documents · Respond to customer surveys and data collection requests · Assist in working with suppliers to determine ECCN, HTS and/or USML categories · Assist with the recording and tracking of all quality system measurables, such as delivery performance, customer complaints and RMA/RTV activities · Assist with the continuous improvement of the overall corporate compliance programs, manuals and procedures · Assist with processing AES filings and export documentation as needed Requirements: · Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook · Capacity to multi-task and organize work demands efficiently · Strong oral and written communication skills · Attention to detail and accuracy · 1-3 years quality compliance experience (ISO 900:2015 & AS9120B experience preferred) · Prior experience in the aerospace or defense industry preferred · Preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a Business related field The annual salary for this position is between 60,000 – 70,000. Salary is one component of Transaero’s total compensation package which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance and paid time off.
