Regulatory and Compliance AssociateLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Associate with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity within the Pharmaceutical industry, located in Hauppauge, NY.Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather, maintain, and produce customer-facing materials such as questionnaires, specifications, certifications, and other requested documentation within established deadlinesServe as a primary liaison between suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely exchange of regulatory, quality, and technical informationMaintain organized records and manage databases supporting regulatory and compliance activitiesProvide support with customer complaints by following established internal procedures and documentation standardsAssist with preparing, submitting, and maintaining product and facility registrations with the FDA and applicable state agencies related to regulated ingredientsReview and verify Certificates of Analysis to confirm alignment with approved product specificationsPartner with logistics and supply chain teams to prepare and submit product usage documentation to address FDA import and clearance mattersSupport ongoing supplier and customer relationships by responding to information requests and coordination needs as they ariseContribute to new initiatives and special projects across regulatory, quality, or related areas as assigned by leadershipExperience:Minimum 2-3 years Regulatory or Compliance experienceWork Site: OnsiteEmployment Type: Direct HireSalary: $70,000-80,000/yrEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate toThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
