Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.HDR is hiring a CEI Project Administrator to join our Florida CEI Group on-site in Tampa, Florida.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projectsPlan and organize the work of subordinate and staff membersDevelop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and proceduresReview programs for conformance with Department standardsPerform constructability and biddability reviewsProvide mentorship to junior staffProvide risk management and issue resolution leadershipTake responsibility for a wide variety of specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsWork independently to effectively manage complex project- and executive-level paper and electronic files, documents and recordsCompose and develop correspondence and reportManage project insurance mattersApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures, and independently monitor for quality assuranceManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentationsWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads, and schedulesActively participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsExercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsHandle client invoicing, manage collections, complete project budgets and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as neededOversee activities of other administrative project support staff as neededPerform other duties as needed#LI-JG9Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in EngineeringProfessional Engineering LicenseStructures/Bridges Construction Management/Inspection experienceAbility to interpret construction schedulesPrevious FDOT or other comparable agency experience strongly preferredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including field engineering, construction submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safetyExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
