Sr. Maintenance Tech - 1st shift

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician to support our operations on 1st shift. If you have a strong mechanical background, food manufacturing experience, and a proactive work ethic, we want to hear from you.Job Description:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of food manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and implement effective repairs.Complete and document work orders in the CMMS system as assigned.Set up production equipment for changeovers (material, size, product, or pack pattern).Test equipment following maintenance or changeovers to ensure quality operation.Inspect parts for wear and damage; procure basic maintenance items as needed.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production personnel.Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in at least one maintenance area (pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, etc.).Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.Familiarity with packaging equipment and production line setup/changeover.
