Project Manager / Implementation Manager ERP & CRMGreater Boston Area (Remote/Hybrid)Contract 6+ monthsPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Implementation Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP and CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing complex system rollouts, with a specific background in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite implementations. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment from pre-implementation through post-go-live support.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end project management for ERP and CRM implementations, with a major focus on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projectsDefine project scope, deliverables, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and budgetsLead cross-functional implementation teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment at each project phaseAct as the primary point of contact for business users, technical staff, sponsors, and third-party vendors/consultantsMonitor project progress, manage issues/risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to maintain project health and scheduleFacilitate system and process design sessions, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activitiesEnsure data migration, system configuration, integration, and customization tasks are executed effectivelyManage cutover and go-live activities, as well as post-launch stabilization and knowledge transfer to support teamsTrack and report project status, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholdersRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of end-to-end project management experience with a strong focus on ERP and CRM implementationsDemonstrated success as a project manager or implementation manager on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projectsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional project teamsSolid understanding of business processes in finance, sales, supply chain, and customer operationsExperience developing detailed project plans, budgets, status reports, and risk mitigation strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency with common project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Gants Charts, Smartsheet, etc.)Comfortable leading remote and onsite teams and coordinating with distributed vendor and partner resourcesBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar certificationExperience implementing other leading ERP or CRM platformsExperience within the Alarms industryFamiliarity with system integration, data migration, and change management best practicesBased in the Greater Boston area (ability to attend occasional onsite sessions as needed)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
