This role serves as the primary technical and operational delivery lead for assigned implementation programs and is accountable for execution, risk management, and day-to-day client coordination.Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned program(s)Develop, manage, and maintain implementation plans, timelines and dependenciesCoordinate implementation activities across internal resources and external vendorsServe as the primary escalation point for program-level delivery issuesFacilitate implementation oversight meetings, governance forums, and working sessionsQualifications10+ years of relevant professional experience5+ years of enterprise integration and implementation deliveryBachelor's degree required
