Whether you're an experienced Data Center Technician Supervisor or an emerging Technician Team Leader, this is a great opportunity to prove your skills in a hyperscale setting!What You'll Do:Supervise installation teams (1015 techs) on high-visibility projects.Plan and execute fiber cabling installations and terminations.Read and interpret complex cut sheets.Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.Maintain safety, quality control, and project documentation.Serve as the main on-site point of contact with stakeholders.Key Requirements:6+ years of hands-on experience with data center cabling.Deep expertise with fiber optics, copper, and coax.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (cut sheets).Proven leadership experience (lead tech or foreman level).Strong communication and mentoring abilities.OSHA 30 Certification preferred.Must be open to coaching and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Physical Requirements:Ability to climb ladders, lift 35+ lbs, and perform physical tasks.Standing, bending, and repetitive movement required.Occasional travel for installs and company priorities.
