Pay range and compensation package$100K – $150K Base + 10%–20% Performance Bonus*No Relocation*About the CompanyWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support large-scale Hyperscale Data Center projects across design, manufacturing, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases. This role will support EPC modular engineering efforts with a focus on electrical systems design, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and power distribution infrastructure.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in data center electrical engineering, EPC environments, low-voltage systems, ETAP analysis, and electrical design deliverables. This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, construction, and clients to ensure electrical systems meet customer requirements, safety standards, and industry codes.ResponsibilitiesReview and approve electrical drawings, designs, and technical documentationSupport design and development planning/review sessionsPrepare Technical Requisitions (TRs) for electrical and fire protection systemsReview vendor quotations and provide procurement feedbackDevelop electrical engineering deliverables including:Electrical load listsCable sizing and schedulesSingle-line diagramsEarthing/grounding systemsLighting studiesMaterial Take-Offs (MTOs)Bills of Materials (BOMs)Perform ETAP arc flash and electrical system analysisSupport manufacturing and commissioning troubleshooting effortsAnalyze electrical systems for load balancing, capacity planning, and optimizationParticipate in customer review meetings and provide technical support during constructionRespond to RFIs and attend site visits/project meetings as neededRecommend innovative solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringPE License strongly preferredExperience2–10 years of Electrical Engineering experienceExperience within EPC and modular engineering environmentsData center infrastructure experience strongly preferredExperience with:Low voltage systemsElectrical load listsRFQsData sheetsETAP arc flash analysisPower distribution systemsUPS systemsDiesel generatorsSwitchgearTransfer switchesCritical facility electrical systemsFamiliarity with hyperscale/high-density data centers preferredExperience with CAD/BIM software and fast-track design/build projectsRequired SkillsAdvanced/RequiredETAPSolidWorksMicrosoft Office 365PDF Editing SoftwareDialux Preferred SkillsSAPAutodesk RevitAutodesk BIM 360AutoCADNavisworks Manager/Freedom
