Position Details Employment Type: Seasonal Shift: Flexible (Days, Weekends, Seasonal Needs) Department: Grounds / Maintenance What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness of resort grounds, including guest areas and lakeside property Pick up trash and debris (paper, cigarette butts, etc.) across the property Empty outdoor garbage cans and maintain waste areas Perform basic landscaping tasks such as weeding, planting flowers, and lawn care Rake seaweed and maintain shoreline areas as needed Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal in winter Complete daily work logs and communicate completed tasks Use protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines Support additional grounds and maintenance duties as assigned Requirements What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Reliable and team-oriented Work Environment & Physical Requirements Outdoor, physically active role Exposure to weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and manual labor About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination known for beautiful grounds and exceptional guest experiences.
