Position DetailsEmployment Type: SeasonalShift: Day ShiftDepartment: Grounds / Maintenance What You'll DoMaintain cleanliness and safety of marina, piers, beach, and shoreline areasInstall, remove, and maintain seasonal docks and water equipmentPerform minor repairs (tightening hardware, replacing boards, reporting damage)Clean piers daily from the Lake House to the MarinaOperate or assist with weed harvesting equipment to remove debris and aquatic weedsRake and maintain the beach for a clean, guest-friendly environmentCollect, transport, and dispose of debris and weedsTrack daily work, including weed removal and fuel usageSupport general maintenance projects when lakefront activity is low Requirements What We're Looking ForMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license requiredPrior boating experience preferred (launching, loading/unloading, operating equipment)Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlySafety-focused and detail-oriented Work Environment & Physical RequirementsOutdoor, physically demanding roleExposure to sun, heat, water, and changing weather conditionsFrequent lifting, bending, and manual laborWork near and on water, including use of equipment and small watercraft About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination known for its beautiful waterfront and exceptional guest experiences.
