Full-Stack Developer — Position Summary Adroit Affine is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain client-facing web applications and internal platforms. You will own features end-to-end — from API design and database modelling through to responsive frontends and production deployments. Key Responsibilities Develop, test and maintain full-stack web applications using React (or Angular/Vue) and Node.js. Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs backed by relational and NoSQL databases. Build responsive, accessible UIs adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Write comprehensive unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). Containerise applications with Docker and deploy on Kubernetes or cloud PaaS services. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews and architecture discussions. Monitor application performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Document APIs, system components and deployment procedures. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular or Vue). Experience building backend services and REST APIs with Node.js, Python or Java. Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORMs. Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure or GCP). Knowledge of web security fundamentals: OWASP Top 10, CORS, CSP, XSS prevention. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js, Nuxt or server-side rendering frameworks. Familiarity with GraphQL (Apollo Server / Client). Redux, Zustand or similar state management experience. AWS Amplify, Firebase or Supabase backend-as-a-service experience.
