The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additional duties involve supervising pharmacy staff, providing medication consultations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the safe preparation and dispensing of prescriptions. The Pharmacist in Charge will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy and experience.QualificationsExtensive knowledge of regulatory compliance, pharmaceutical laws, and proper medication management processes Experience in overseeing pharmacy operations and managing staff effectively Strong clinical expertise in medication selection, dosage, interactions, and counseling patients Effective organizational and decision-making abilities to ensure accurate and efficient pharmacy workflows Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both patients and healthcare professionals Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required; active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Texas Experience in community pharmacy practice is preferred but not mandatory
