The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our organization's business operations by leveraging data-driven insights, managing workloads, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about using data to drive business outcomes.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities :Database Data Pulls: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities.Workload Management: Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.Financial and Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance and key business metrics.
