This role is responsible for overseeing billing operations, warehouse administration, reporting, and customer service support while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong cross-functional communication.Responsibilities:Supervise daily billing activities related to warehouse storage, handling, transportation, and customer-specific chargesEnsure invoices are processed accurately and submitted in a timely mannerInvestigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and customersMonitor billing records, customer accounts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and complianceOversee warehouse administrative functions including reporting, data entry, filing, and document controlPrepare operational and billing reports for management reviewWork closely with warehouse operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing alignmentSupport payroll-related administrative tasks including attendance tracking and time record reviewSupervise and support administrative and customer service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance managementQualifications:3+ years of experience in warehouse billing, logistics administration, or operational supportPrior supervisory or team lead experience preferredStrong understanding of billing systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft OfficeExperience with customer invoicing in a logistics, distribution, or warehouse environmentStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyPreferred:Experience working with TMS/WMS systemsKnowledge of inventory reporting and warehouse documentationAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plusIf you have experience in warehouse administration, logistics billing, and team supervision, we’d love to hear from you!
