The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and receiving, be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and be proficient with FedEx and UPS shipping systems. A current sit-down forklift certification is required. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take charge in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Responsibilities:Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory controlCoordinate and prepare outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS platformsUnload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and qualityOperate sit-down forklift to load/unload and organize products safelyTrain and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with safety proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and logistics partnersRequirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and leadershipStrong knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systemsValid sit-down forklift certification and hands-on experienceAbility to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to manage time and priorities effectivelyWhy Join Us?
