Tech Program Manager (Digital/WordPress)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager TPM with strong WordPress and web platform delivery experience to lead program execution sprint planning delivery governance release coordination risk management and stakeholder communication for the WordPress engineering team.The TPM will work closely with Front end FE BackEnd BE FullStack Development FSD QA and Systems Engineering teams to drive predictable high quality deliveryKey ResponsibilitiesLead sprint planning backlog refinement prioritization and delivery tracking for WordPress engineering initiativesManage end to end execution across WordPress development integrations enhancements maintenance and production supportTrack program status milestones risks dependencies blockers issues and escalations drive timely resolutionEstablish and manage program governance cadence including sprint reviews status meetings stakeholder reviews and leadership updatesPartner with Product Engineering QA and Systems Engineering teams to align scope priorities release plans and timelinesCoordinate cross functional delivery across FE BE FSD QA DevOps System Engineering and business stakeholdersDrive release planning and deployment readiness including production support coordination and post release followupFacilitate issue triage prioritize action items assign owners and ensure closure of delivery commitmentsMaintain RAID logs project plans dashboards action trackers and executive status reportsIdentify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plansMonitor sprint and program metrics identify delivery trends and drive continuous improvement in engineering processesEnsure dependencies between WordPress enterprise applications APIs infrastructure and third party integrations are actively managedCoordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure effective execution communication and accountabilityRequired Skills6 years of experience in Technical Program Management preferably within web or digital platformsStrong hands on experience managing WordPress based platforms and enterprise web delivery programsSolid understanding of the WordPress development lifecycle including themes plugins APIs integrations content management environments releases and production supportStrong experience with Agile Scrum methodologies sprint planning backlog management dependency tracking and delivery reportingExperience coordinating complex delivery across FrontEnd BackEnd FullStack QA DevOpsSystem Engineering and Product teamsStrong understanding of release management deployment processes production support incident issue management and change coordinationExcellent stakeholder management communication facilitation organization and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and drive execution in a fast paced enterprise environmentHands on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Jira Workfront Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar program management and reporting platformsActual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree ( LTIM ):Benefits And PerksComprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
