Division President
Position SummaryReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Division President leads all day-to-day operations across BNI’s company-owned operations in North America within a global, mixed ownership franchise system. This role is accountable for ensuring alignment with BNI’s core values, mission, and standards of excellence while providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Company Owned Operations vertical. The President focuses exclusively on driving performance across company-owned markets, fully owning NA P & L with responsibility for membership growth, profitability, and quality outcomes, while partnering effectively within a hybrid franchise/company-owned organizational model.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for crafting and executing on the strategic plan for growth and expansion of our company owned operations within the US and CanadaDrive growth in revenue and profitability through strategic growthOversees all day-to-day operations including but not limited to:Providing National leadership through management and implementation of Membership and profitability goalsExecutive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assuranceIdentifying and addressing staffing requirements for efficient operations, and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving BNI’s missionStrategically guide the national teams in translating national priorities into regional execution, ensuring consistency of standards, quality, and profitability across all regions.Lead the national teams and hold them accountable to their cascading leadership by offering mentorship, feedback, and clear expectations, while reinforcing accountability for both their performance and the performance of Area Directors and Director Consultants under their span.Develop programs ensuring long-term growth and return on investment for Members while cultivating and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders and external partners.Prepare accurate and timely analyses, capturing and communicating business results, variances, and performance trends.Works in tandem with the Franchise leadership to ensure alignment in strategy, key market segmentation and overall country level successCompetencies:CommunicationTeamworkLeadershipCreativity/InnovationProblem SolvingConflict ResolutionCustomer ServiceRelationship BuildingBusiness AcumenInitiativeAccountability & IntegrityQualificationsRequired:Proven experience in operations and organizational development at an Executive levelKeen understanding of operations in a company owned vertical within a global franchise systemBachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experienceTrack record of leading operational excellenceOrganizational leadership of a significant, remote based workforceThrives in a fast-paced environmentActs as a change agent and lead others through changeProven project management skillsAbility to travel up to30% of the timeGeneral management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in social impact and helping others succeedAptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingPreferred:MBA from competitive programPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsSedentary work.
