This is a great opportunity to join a respected MRO facility and support CRJ airframe operations in a heavy maintenance environment. If you're an experienced inspector with a valid A&P license and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Job Overview: As an Aircraft Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations, engineering specifications, and internal quality standards. This is asafety-sensitive positionthat requires precision, technical skill, and a deep understanding of inspection protocols under FAR 145, 121, or 135. Job Location & Type: Location:Bridgeport, West VirginiaEmployment Type:Full-Time, Contract or Contract-to-DirectSchedule:12-hour shifts, day and night rotation, including weekendsKey Responsibilities:Perform detailed inspections of aircraft and components under FAR 145, 121, or 135, or in accordance with military proceduresConduct quality checks on CRJ airframe maintenance activitiesEvaluate aircraft part fabrication processes and ensure compliance with documentationInterpret engineering drawings and maintenance manualsUse precision measurement tools and calibrated equipment to verify tolerancesDocument maintenance actions accurately and clearlyCollaborate with maintenance teams to uphold safety and operational standardsPass hearing and vision tests as required for quality control rolesRequired Qualifications:FAA A&P License requiredMinimum of3 years' experience in aircraft inspectionsMRO or heavy maintenance experience requiredCRJ airframe experience requiredStrong working knowledge of aircraft fabrication processes, inspection tooling, and calibrated measuring instrumentsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and engineering instructionsProficient in verbal and written communication related to aircraft maintenance and complianceMust be comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and nightsAbout STS Technical Services: STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that connects skilled professionals with high-impact aviation, aerospace, and industrial roles nationwide.
