This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fitness culture, understands the bodybuilding space, and knows how to capture cinematic, engaging content optimized for social media and digital marketing.The ideal candidate is comfortable filming in gyms, at expos, during athlete shoots, and while traveling to fitness events. You should have strong storytelling instincts, technical camera skills, and the ability to create fast-paced content that resonates with the fitness community.ResponsibilitiesFilm high-quality video content featuring sponsored athletes, influencers, workouts, and lifestyle contentTravel to bodybuilding expos, fitness events, competitions, and brand activationsCreate engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid adsCapture product-focused content for supplements including protein powders, pre-workouts, creatine, amino acids, and moreEdit videos with dynamic pacing, sound design, graphics, and transitions optimized for social engagementCollaborate with the marketing and social media teams to execute creative campaignsMaintain and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipmentStay current on fitness industry trends, social media styles, and emerging content formatsOrganize and archive footage for future campaigns and content useAssist with behind-the-scenes content and real-time event coverageQualifications2+ years of videography and editing experience (fitness or sports industry preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic and social-first contentProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing softwareExperience operating DSLR, mirrorless, and/or cinema camerasUnderstanding of lighting, audio capture, framing, and motion techniquesAbility to shoot fast-paced gym environments and live eventsStrong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube content trendsPassion for bodybuilding, fitness, and sports nutrition cultureAbility to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends for eventsDrone experience is a plusPhotography skills are a plusPreferred TraitsSelf-starter with a strong creative eyeComfortable directing athletes and talent on cameraAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsDeep understanding of fitness culture and social media storytellingInterested in hearing more?
