Account Manager

We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading provider of ECM solutions for the capital markets, looking to hire an Account Manager in New York.This role sits within a high-growth fintech business transforming equity capital markets through data, analytics, and workflow technology. You’ll work closely with sell-side clients, supporting platform adoption, building relationships across ECM teams, and identifying opportunities to expand usage and drive value.Key responsibilities:Own and grow a portfolio of sell-side clients, with a focus on expansion revenue (upsell & cross-sell) Identify new use cases, teams, and workflows to drive increased platform adoption Build strong relationships across ECM functions to uncover growth opportunities Partner with product and customer success teams to align on client needs and expansion strategy Ideal background:3+ years’ experience in capital markets (investment banking, markets, or fintech) Familiarity with equity capital markets (ECM), syndicate, or equities workflows Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience Strong communication skills and commercial mindset Interest in fintech and data-driven solutions If you have the required experience and are up to the challenge, apply now for more information.
