Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Job Title: PL/SQL & Database Developer Location: Torrance, California (Onsite) U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled PL/SQL and Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Oracle database solutions that power critical business applications. You’ll play a key role in the full software development lifecycle—collaborating with teams to gather requirements, write efficient PL/SQL code, and ensure system stability through testing, optimization, and production support. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages in PL/SQL Perform query optimization, performance tuning, and database debugging Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and resolve issues Support ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline operations Document technical specifications and contribute to system architecture discussions Troubleshoot and resolve production database issues promptly Qualifications: Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) 8+ years of production support experience in data-driven environments Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and SDLC practices Experience with code repositories, job orchestration, and data modeling Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills Preferred Skills: Exposure to big-data platforms (e.g., Hive), Python, or shell scripting Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Background in automotive, finance, or large-scale consumer data systems Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Work Location: In person
