Windows Systems Administrator (2 Roles)Houston, TX - Locals only Onsite 5 days a weekRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience administering and engineering Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)Strong expertise in system performance tuning and troubleshooting at the OS and infrastructure levelDeep knowledge of:Windows internals (processes, threads, memory management)Performance monitoring tools (PerfMon, Resource Monitor, Sysinternals, etc.)Active Directory Domain Services, including domain controllers, replication, FSMO roles, and Kerberos authenticationDNS, DHCP, and Group Policy design and optimizationHands-on experience managing domain controllers, including:Replication troubleshooting and latency resolutionAD site topology design and optimizationAuthentication performance tuning (Kerberos/LDAP)Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for ADExperience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, latency, throughput, load balancing)Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCOM)Proven ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure layers (compute, storage, network)Please send your resume at
