Our team is passionate about leveraging industry expertise and best-in-class methodologies to deliver impactful results.Key Responsibilities: The Systems Engineer is responsible for a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to the following:Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutionsDesign, implement, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments across multiple ITO clientsAdminister Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and TeamsConfigure, deploy, and manage endpoint and infrastructure systems using NinjaOne RMM and other management toolingProvide tier 2/3 system, application, and infrastructure support with a focus on Oil and Gas applications and servicesCoordinate with team members and other ITO resources to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requestsFollow EAG’s Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Configuration, and Release Management processesMaintain clear, timely communication with clients on tickets, changes, and any impacts to their environmentEvaluate third-party vendors and tools to ensure they align with client goals and EAG’s approved technology libraryDevelop and maintain documentation, standards, and operational processesImplement and operate solutions in alignment with EAG security policies, SOC controls, and client compliance requirements
