An industry-leading construction and forensic consulting firm is seeking a HVAC/Plumbing Design Engineer to help them design major projects with industry-standard practices and codes at their Florida location.Your Day IncludesDesigning and analyzing HVAC systems and building systems connecting to themDeveloping and conceptualizing HVAC system options and performing existing system analysisDesigning and producing construction documents for plumbing systems, including waste/vent, water, and gas pipingSupporting the construction administration phase of the project and preparing engineering reportsPerforming life cycle cost analysis and field surveys for the design of HVAC systemsMust HavesPE licenseIn-depth knowledge and experience in HVAC and plumbing details preparationExperience with forensic and construction defect analysisWillingness to travelP.S.In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, we also provide an FSA savings program and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
