Job Description Marine Detail and Prep Associate – Boats (Sales & Service)Victory Boat Sales – Tacoma, WA $18 – $24 an hour (DOE) Full-Time / Part-TimeJob SummaryVictory Boat Sales is hiring a dependable Detailer / Lot Porter to join our team. This position is split between detailing boats for sale and assisting in our service shop, with additional lot porter responsibilities as needed.This is a hands-on, active role working around boats every day in a fast-paced marine dealership environment.ResponsibilitiesBoat Detailing / Sales Prep (50%)Clean, wash, and detail boats for sale and deliveryPerform interior and exterior detailing (washing, waxing, polishing, basic restoration)Prepare boats for showroom display and customer deliveryEnsure all units meet dealership presentation standardsService Shop Support (50%)Assist technicians with basic shop tasks and boat movementClean and detail boats entering and leaving service and salesMove boats in/out of service bays safelyHelp maintain a clean and organized shop environmentLot Porter DutiesMove, stage, and park boats using trucks and trailers (if qualified)Keep dealership lot organized and presentableSupport inventory flow between lot, shop, and showroomRequirementsValid driver's licenseMust be 18 years or olderAbility to operate or learn to operate trucks,trailers, forklifts, and boatsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong attention to detailAbility to lift, bend, and stay physically active throughout the dayReliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudeCan do attitude and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done rightPreferred (Not Required)Marine, RV, or auto detailing experienceBoaters licenseShop or mechanical backgroundForklift or trailer experienceMarine industry familiarityCompensation & Benefits$18–$24/hour depending on experiencePaid Time Off, Medical, Dental, and employee boating membershipHands-on work in the marine industryTeam-oriented work environment, with family a first attitudeOpportunity to grow within the dealershipWork LocationVictory Boat Sales / Freedom Boat Club – Tacoma, WA
