Digital & Demand Marketing Manager
ContinuumCloud is hiring aDigital & Demand Marketing Managerto own the engine that turns market interest into qualified, predictable revenue. This position is responsible for building and scaling the full-funnel demand system that fuels pipeline growth across all three of our products - Welligent, DATIS, and CaredFor.This position is a modern, data-driven demand engine that produces high-quality MQLs, supports ABM/Lead Generation motions, and gives Sales confidence that every lead is worth their time. This role will own how prospects move from first touch to sales-ready opportunity across every digital channel.This role is remote, but requires a candidate to be located in the mainland of US, and have a valid work authorization. No sponsorships available. Salary range for this position is $100k - $135k.Who We Are:

Through these offerings, ContinuumCloud empowers organizations to provide high-quality care and deliver on their mission.How you’ll make an impact:Know our ICP and our customers’ business modelsBuild a predictable, scalable digital pipeline for all three productsImprove MQL quality and sales confidenceMake marketing attribution real and defensiblePower state-based and product-based growth campaignsGive leadership confidence in pipeline forecasting and ROIOrganize and restructure SalesForce to operate efficientlyOwn accountability for digital demand generation and strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, and landing pages – tied to pipeline and revenue goalsBuild and optimize Pardot nurture programs aligned to buyer journeysBuild and optimize emails, newsletters, and moreExecute product-specific and state-specific demand campaignsBuild and manage campaign reporting, CAC, MQL cost, and pipeline contributionRun A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and email programsOther duties as assignedWhat you bring to the role:Work experience in SaaS and healthcare field requiredExperience in Multi-Brand Digital & Demand Product ManagementA problem solving mentality3-5 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketingStrong storytelling and writing skills, with significant experience with AI writing toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience running full-funnel campaigns tied to revenueStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of Digital Marketing and project management tools and software (e.g. AI, BaseCamp, SalesForce, Pardot, SEMRush, ZoomInfo, etc.)Expert Pardot is a must, Salesforce, and campaign analytics experience, we run our business on Salesforce.Ability to balance brand, demand, and sales enablement needsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldBenefits and Advantages:
