The project focuses on developing modular, architecture-specific technologies to convert recycled materials into manufacturing-ready critical materials. This role is ideal for candidates interested in hands-on experimental work, including mechanical processing, chemical processing, and laboratory support in materials research.Preferred QualificationsPhD degree in mineral processing, hydrometallurgical engineering, chemical engineering, material engineering, or related fieldsSchedule24 hr/wkBackground Checks/ClearancesEmployment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.Campus Security Crime StatisticsPursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
