Executive Assistant to Vice President
Our client, a construction and infrastructure company, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team! This role supports a senior executive and functions as a true thought partner to the leadership team. In this role, you will provide an anticipatory and high level of administrative and project support to senior leadership. We are looking for someone to be a strategic partner, leveraging your knowledge to creatively get things done, find answers, and improve existing workflows. The company is in a growth mode and is looking to hire someone incredibly bright, business minded and proactive.What youll do:Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive, providing insights and recommendationsAttend meetings, taking detailed notes to accurately brief the executiveLiaise with internal departmentsCreate presentationsCreate organizational charts, and departmental flowcharts to support workforce planning and operational clarity.Create process maps and workflow documentation for HR operations and cross-functional initiatives.Analyze models and workforce allocation data to support budgeting, hiring strategies, and resource planning initiatives.Analyze and organize data in Excel for strategic decision-makingHandle light personal assistant tasks as neededWhat youll need:Strong proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and data analysisProficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, Zoom, ChatGPTExceptional attention to detail, research, and writing skillsExperience with human resources a plusRelevant industry experience is a plusBachelors degree3+ years of experienceWe will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
