Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office or department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting daily business activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to managers and team membersManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsPrepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentationsAnswer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionallyMaintain filing systems (electronic and paper) and office recordsOrder office supplies and assist with vendor coordinationSupport onboarding activities and maintain personnel documentation as neededAssist with expense reports, data entry, and basic reportingHandle confidential information with discretion Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of administrative or office support experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and professionalismPay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
