We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.Job SummaryThe Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the evening and overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and efficient check‐in and check‐out process for guests and team members. This role also involves auditing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests during the night shift.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform check‐in and check‐out procedures for guests and team members, ensuring accuracy and efficient processingAudit all daily transactions, including guest accounts, billing, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesReconcile cash and credit transactions, addressing discrepancies and making necessary corrections to maintain accurate financial recordsProvide information and assist guests with inquiries regarding services, amenities, and the surrounding areaHandle guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating matters to the appropriate department if necessaryPrepare and distribute reports on room occupancy, revenue, and other operational data for management reviewEnsure the security and safety of the hotel or event venue during the night shift by monitoring surveillance systems and responding to emergency situationsMaintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, ensuring that it is welcoming for guestsAssist with administrative duties, including filing, updating guest records, and processing paymentsFollow all safety and security procedures to ensure guest and team member safety during overnight hoursQualificationsPrevious experience in front desk operations or as a night auditor in a hospitality or event setting is preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles, with experience in auditing, billing, and financial reconciliationExcellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns effectivelyAbility to work independently during the night shift and manage responsibilities with minimal supervisionProficiency in using hotel management software and general office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, point of sale systems)Detail‐oriented, with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracyAbility to handle cash, credit transactions, and financial reports with integrityFlexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedulesPerform other duties as assignedWhy Join Us?We pay for your travelWork in unique locations across the U.S.Gain diverse experience and expand your networkBe part of a supportive, high‐energy team that's as passionate as you areIf you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
