This role also responds to production issues, provides timely resolutions across technology areas, and contributes to the continuous improvement of engineering practicesRequired:Strong full-stack development experience with both front-end and back-end applications.Advanced Python development experience, representing approximately 60% of the position.Hands-on React.js development experience, representing approximately 40% of the position.Recent AWS application-development experience, including at least two years of hands-on AWS experience in recent projects.Experience modernizing legacy or existing applications using cloud-native technologies and modern development frameworks.Experience developing, integrating, and supporting APIs.Experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka.Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFront.Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization using OAuth.Professional full-stack software-development experience spanning both front-end and back-end technologies.Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.Production-level experience developing web applications with React.js.At least two years of recent, hands-on AWS experience demonstrated through recent projects.Experience designing and developing cloud-native or serverless applications.Application-modernization experience, including the redesign or migration of legacy systems.Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs.Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectural patterns.Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFront.Experience working with NoSQL databases.Knowledge of OAuth-based authentication and authorization.Experience creating unit, integration, and user test cases.Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and automated deployments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, document, and deploy full-stack applications using Python and React.Develop scalable backend services, business logic, and APIs using Python.Build responsive, maintainable user interfaces using React.js and modern React frameworks.Modernize existing applications and migrate application capabilities to AWS-based architectures.Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and related messaging patterns.Build and support cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFront.Implement secure application-access patterns using OAuth.Work with NoSQL databases, particularly Amazon DynamoDB.Develop unit tests, integration tests, and user-focused test cases to validate functional and technical requirements.Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and production support.Collaborate with architects, product teams, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams.Troubleshoot application and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.Document application designs, APIs, integration patterns, technical decisions, and operational procedures.Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver high-quality software through iterative development.
