Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR-related functions as we enter our next phase of growth. This role will be instrumental in building organizational structure, supporting team development, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective HR processes across the company.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, people-focused, and comfortable operating in a growing, fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with leadership to support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain organizational structure to support company growth
Lead full-cycle hiring processes as the company continues to add new team members
Design and manage proper onboarding and offboarding processes
Create, implement, and maintain employee policies, handbooks, and internal procedures
Support team building initiatives and company culture development
Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal standards
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Support and assist the company’s office in Ukraine, ensuring alignment with HR processes and communication
Continuously improve HR systems and workflows as the company scales
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Human Resources management or a senior HR role
Strong understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and employment policies
Experience supporting hiring and growth in a scaling organization
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership and teams
Language Requirement (Very Important)
Fluent in English and Russian and/or Ukrainian (spoken and written)
This requirement is critical to effectively support and communicate with our office in Ukraine and bilingual team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting international or distributed teams
Background in building HR processes from the ground up
Familiarity with HR systems, training platforms, and compliance frameworks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,935.52 - $67,363.20 per year
