The Regional Manager of HR will focus on identifying and implementing strategic talent solutions in support of evolving business needs, ensuring that the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning and diversity and inclusion.Major Areas of ResponsibilityStrategic PartnershipPartner with Regional leaders to build and implement talent strategies across organizational development, talent development, learning & development, and performance management.Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure organizational structure and support strategic growth and performance goals.Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.Provide high level coaching and strategic counsel to Store and District Leaders.Developing long and short-term strategic HR plans and recommending solutions to move HR metrics towards organizational goals.Advocate for and assess the use of feedback mechanisms and apply trends to influence business decisions and outcomes.Serve as subject matter expert on progressive HR practices and key trends, ensuring alignment partners and assessing impact.Identify current and future issues or opportunities using data analysis, partnering with stakeholders to build proactive solutions and strategies.Coaching and influencing performance management recommendations.Make recommendations on HR Regional budget and personnel budget.Engage in collaborative decision making with business leaders and internal Center of Expertise (CoEs)Partner with AVP/VP of HR to set regional HR strategy.Talent ManagementLead strategic planning to support the Regional and organization's Talent Agenda, and guide the acquisition, development and retention of TJX Associates.Identifies, plans & advises recommended training based on needs assessment analysis.Serve as a thought partnership with key business partners to understand and plan for future talent and organizational needs.Partner with leadership to accelerate talent development, ensuring strong succession and readiness, cross-functional career pathing and effective, staffing, development and retention of Regional Associates.Culture & EngagementSupport and champion culture, Inclusion & Diversity, and wellbeing within assigned areas.Collaborate in the management of compensation and benefits programs and support a high level of Associate engagement through the stewardship of a healthy work environment.Ensures that the open door/open to listen and cultural factors are preserved.Advocate use of performance management and feedback mechanisms to ensure frequent communication with TJX Associates.Supports and implements the alignment of HR services with clients and the business.Leads projects and/or HR initiatives/roll outs that require cross-functional expertise.Supports communication, tools and processes for HRBPs and clients.Who We Are Looking For: You.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA and/or SHRM Certification a plus7+ years of comparable HRBP experience, multi-site/regional experience preferredPast Leadership experienceUnderstanding of Employment Law and experience leading Employee Relations,Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suiteExperience supporting a dynamic, large scale business functionExperience working in a high growth organizationProven knowledge of HR strategy, policies and processes and their implementationStrong interpersonal skills, with team orientation, collaboration, partnerships and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environmentEffective interpersonal, self-motivational and influencing skills.Ability to coach, influence and collaborate with business leaders, elevating business acumen to assess needs and create pragmatic short and long-term solutionsDemonstrated ability to influence decision making using data analytics, insights and storytellingStrong learning agility, critical thinking, and strategic approachCultural competence and understanding with the ability to flex approachThorough pursuit of pragmatic business solutions, balanced with responding to daily business needsAccustomed to working as a strategic business partner; Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives including our Stock Incentive Plan.
