Fall River Health Services is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our dedicated care team. In this vital role, you'll support providers, deliver exceptional patient care, and help coordinate services that make a meaningful impact in our community.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare exam rooms and assist providers with patient examinations and minor procedures.Obtain vital signs, review medical histories, and accurately document patient encounters.Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed by providers.Support the Vaccines for Children and other immunization programs.Provide patient education, assist with referrals, and ensure accurate chart preparation.Manage patient triage calls and facilitate efficient clinic flow.Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.Apply sound clinical judgment to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.Participate in emergency preparedness and respond professionally in urgent situations.QualificationsCurrent RN or LPN license (South Dakota or Compact).Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment.Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMRs) and patient care equipment (training available).Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.Education, Experience & CertificationEducation commensurate with licensure requirements.Prior clinic experience preferred.EPIC experience preferred.Must possess or obtain BLS certification within 90 days of employment.Why Choose Fall River Health Services?Meaningful work in a rural, community-focused clinic.Supportive, mission-driven healthcare team.Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.Located in the beautiful Black Hills with a strong sense of community and belonging.Apply today and help us deliver exceptional care to the patients and families we proudly serve.RequirementsEducation/Experience/ Lincensure:Education commensurate with requirements of licensure.Must have a current RN or LPN license issued by the South Dakota Board of Nursing.Experience working in a clinic setting preferred.Experience and knowledge of EPIC preferred.Must have or obtain BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
