Role Description This part-time, remote Finance Manager role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic insights to clients. Tasks include managing monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation, reviewing financial reports, streamlining processes, assisting with financial forecasting, and overseeing QuickBooks Online usage. The Finance Manager will collaborate with clients and other team members to ensure financial goals are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles, including monthly reconciliation and financial reportingStrong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and experience with financial systemsSkills in financial planning, analysis, and forecastingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and client relationship management abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotely within a collaborative team environmentFamiliarity with the financial needs of eCommerce, digital services, or small businesses is a plusBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
