Communicates with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers regarding changes in patient clinical conditions, including diagnostic study results and symptoms. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties effectively. Assumes responsibility for patient populations within the unit. Adheres to established service excellence standards. Completes thorough patient assessments as required. Demonstrates effective communication skills with all customers.
