This is a great opportunity for experienced welders who take pride in quality workmanship, want steady weekday hours, and are interested in being part of a growing fabrication operation from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on welding experience, a solid understanding of fabrication work, and the ability to produce high-quality welds in a shop environment. We are especially interested in candidates with pipe welding, TIG, stick, 6G, code welding, or fabrication experience, but we encourage skilled welders with related backgrounds to apply. Responsibilities Perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in a shop environment Work with pipe, fittings, components, and fabricated assemblies as assigned Use welding processes such as TIG, stick, MIG, or other applicable methods based on experience and project needs Read and interpret drawings, measurements, layouts, and work instructions Prepare, fit, tack, and weld materials according to job requirements Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and appearance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Work independently and as part of a growing fabrication team Qualifications Prior welding or fabrication experience required Pipe welding, TIG, stick, 6G, code welding, or pressure piping experience preferred Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds Ability to read prints, drawings, tape measures, and basic layout information Comfortable working in a fabrication/shop environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude Ability to complete a weld test as part of the hiring process Preferred Experience Pipe welding or pipe fabrication TIG/GTAW and stick/SMAW welding Carbon steel welding 6G or other pipe welding qualifications ASME/code welding experience Spool fabrication or mechanical fabrication Fitting, layout, or assembly experience Why Apply?
