This hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA offers the chance to lead workstreams, partner with stakeholders, and help drive successful outcomes across a high-visibility program.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage end-to-end project and program activities from planning through completionDevelop timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to keep work on trackPrepare status updates and reports for leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and next stepsSupport cross-functional communication with internal partners and external vendorsHelp manage rental fleet-related program activities and related operational coordinationTrack deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities are moving forward efficientlyContribute to issue resolution and help maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycleSkills4-7 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related fieldStrong program management and project coordination skillsExperience with external communications and vendor managementAbility to organize work, manage deadlines, and balance multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and support stakeholder alignmentExperience preparing reports and summarizing progress for leadershipComfort working in a structured, fast-moving environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with rental vehicle management or fleet-related operationsSQL knowledgeStakeholder management experienceBackground in communications, operations, or vendor-facing coordinationBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experienceAbility to adapt quickly and bring a proactive, detail-oriented approachHorizontal is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
