Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities Coordinate and manage end-to-end project and program activities from planning through completion Develop timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to keep work on track Prepare status updates and reports for leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and next steps Support cross-functional communication with internal partners and external vendors Help manage rental fleet-related program activities and related operational coordination Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities are moving forward efficiently Contribute to issue resolution and help maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle Skills 4-7 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related field Strong program management and project coordination skills Experience with external communications and vendor management Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and support stakeholder alignment Experience preparing reports and summarizing progress for leadership Comfort working in a structured, fast-moving environment Preferred Skills Experience with rental vehicle management or fleet-related operations SQL knowledge Stakeholder management experience Background in communications, operations, or vendor-facing coordination Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Ability to adapt quickly and bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach Horizontal is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
