How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver high-fidelity diagnostic images by expertly maneuvering transducers to examine tissue and body structures, providing physicians with the clarity needed for accurate interpretation. Navigate complex imaging studies by recognizing subtle pathologies and artifacts while managing technical parameters to ensure the highest quality of care during every exam. Champion operational safety by performing rigorous quality control procedures and monitoring equipment functionality to ensure a reliable and compliant clinical environment. Drive departmental excellence by managing the meticulous submission of images and patient data to PACS, ensuring a seamless and well-documented care journey for every patient. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered or board-eligible for one of following: Diagnostic Med. Sonography, Radiologic Technologist, Sonography, Radiologic Technologist, Vascular Sonography, Vascular Specialist, or Vascular Technologist obtained within 6 months of hire/ transfer. Registered Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered or board-eligible for one of following: Diagnostic Med. Sonography, Radiologic Technologist, Sonography, Radiologic Technologist, Vascular Sonography, Vascular Specialist, or Vascular Technologist obtained within 6 months of hire/ transfer. Registered Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) OR Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.
