Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling services to hotels, luxury buildings, and high-rise properties in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the NYC market and can leverage their network to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the hotel, luxury, and high-rise building sectors. Present AromaQ’s monthly scent ambiance and odor control services to decision-makers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Build and manage a growing book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Proven experience in selling services to hotels, luxury properties, or high-rise buildings in NYC. Strong network and relationships within the NYC hospitality and real estate industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
